Autumn shoot in Zurich

Several weeks back, I had the opportunity to conduct a family outdoor photo shoot in Zurich.

It has been a while since I experienced autumn and I did not know what to expect of autumn in Switzerland. It turns out it is amazing! The hills and mountains, combined with the rivers and lakes and quaint old towns with cobblestone roads make for a perfect backdrop for an outdoor family shoot.

We picked two spots for this outdoor photo shoot: Rieterpark at Museum Rietberg, and the promenade along the lake of Zurich. It is an easy stroll between these two locations.

It turned out to be a lovely Sunday morning with beautiful autumn light. Afterwards, we stopped for drinks at the Rote Fabrik: quiet a contrast with Museum Rietberg.

I am based in Basel, but it is no problem to travel to Zurich for a shoot al all.
